A private booking and contracting platform that connects a safari lodge with its network of travel agents — quoting, availability and contracting in one place, in place of email threads and spreadsheets.
The brief
Mara Engai sells through a network of travel agents. Every quote, availability check and contract moved over email and spreadsheets — slow to turn around, easy to get wrong, and impossible to keep in sync. They needed one place where agents could see live availability, build a quote and contract, without the lodge re-keying anything.
What we built
A private B2B dashboard for the lodge and its agents: live availability, agent-built quotes and contracting in a single flow, with transactional email for confirmations and a typed, auditable data model behind it. One person to talk to on the studio side; an agent swarm doing the build through the night.
Mara Engai is a private platform, used only between the lodge and its travel-agent network — so there's no public link. The work is the proof, not a demo.
